Solution Focused Psychotherapy does not involve analysing painful memories from the past. we acknowledge they have happened and help you to get from where you are to where you want to be. Hypnosis is a state of focused attention.  In this relaxed state, your mind is more responsive and receptive to suggestion.  In a therapeutic setting, the suggestions are designed to be beneficial to help you change unhelpful thought patterns.  In many ways its like daydreaming and is a very pleasant and relaxing experience. What to expect

Sessions  are individually tailored to help you overcome difficulties that you are currently facing and to help you  reach your goals.  
The initial consultation is designed to assess what you want to achieve, talk you through how the brain works,  why you feel the way you do, and how hypnotherapy can help.  After that I will guide you into a relaxed state of hypnosis and give you a CD to listen to at home to reinforce the process.
